Well..Adair seemed to make some effort to behave two days ago. I think he did, anyway...he managed to go a whole fifteen minutes without making some foolish comment or playing a trick. He's still a nightmare the rest of the time but at least...well, at least now I know he is capable of behaving himself. It's only a matter of choice, yes! It must be. And...and he'll know the right choice to make sooner or later!

They pity me, they all do. I see the way they stare at me as I walk past them, hear the remarks they make. They're certain he'll break me sooner or later...what if he does? Dragons, what if he does?!
